Just to share a cool iPhone application with photographer. Lightmeter. This iPhone application is amazing! Launch the app, take a photo, the app will calculate the exposure for you just like the real lightmeter! Website: http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/lightmeter/id320768222?mt=8Price: US$2.99 1. Launch the Application. 2. Take a photo with the application. 3. Choose your film speed and select aperture or shutter speed you want the application to calculate. The calculated exposure will change real time according to your input. 4. See the result A 5. See the result B Based on my testing, the result is quite accurate!

QUOTE(ky-l @ Feb 18 2010, 05:45 PM) If you have a digital camera i dont see why you need the lightmeter unless it provides a more accurate reading or can be calibrated to ur needs. I don't think is better than dedicated lightmeter or auto metering camera. I find it useful when I shoot with my old and manual TLR. At least it can be served as exposure reference. And only about rm12. This post has been edited by philipcs: Feb 18 2010, 05:54 PM
