I have lost around 20kg las few months.. n now thrs still fats.. how can i get rid of them/ convert them into muscle?? im doing 25 pumps, 25 situps a day n also (i dunno wads that called) i strengthen my two hands n draw 300 circles... 150 clockwise n 150 anti

dude.. you already lost 20kg? why don't you continue doing what you doing? u cant convert fat into muscle. that two different muscle group. you need muscle? lift weight. how's your diet btw? maybe you can read all the stickies put there by our otai2.

Out of curiosity, how much do you weigh now, how tall are you and what do you really want? It sounds not cohesive.

i weigh around 70kg, my height is 178cm.. i would wanna convert the fats i have into muscle...

You can't convert fat into muscle. It's the same as trying to change a leaf to gold. Read around the stickies, there's a LOT of very useful information.

That weight at that height is pretty lean. I'm around there too. Lift weights.
