Better don't, it will not give you peace of mind, unless you really want to be a money manager.

And by the way, its clear cut illegal. As per issued by BNM.
Can't remember whether it was discussed in this thread about the BNM's statement about illegal forex trading. or was it another thread.

I used to be a scalper, very stressful leh
*
So i deduce, scalpers ar enot for beginners.
Beginers can scalp on demo for learning or fun, but not realy money.

also scalping is indeed stressful, look at 2-3hrs screen waiting for the price to move,is stressul.

i look at forex every 15m (for 1min each, unless got opp to trade) for 2-3 hrs.

Bear in mind, your PC/laptop MUST be online in order for your trailing stop to work.

*
Is it true? if i set my trailing stop, after that turn off my pc and go to sleep, what will happen to the TS?

Does that defeat the purpose of TS ? So trader dun have to look at the pc all day long?

just trying their luck i guess.

chances of a multimillionaire surfing this thread is low, unless the person made his million from forex trading himself.

About money management, what are your % of capital for each trade?
please also state your years of forex experience (excluding demo).

I've live trade for 8mths.
My average size now is normally 0.5% to 1% of my capital
I'm still recouping my my lossess.
During my first few months, my size was about 1% - 5% of my capital!! As expected huge lossess.

The advantage for EURo now is their export will be more attractive.
now sure how agresive is their exports though.
I thinkthey should focus on that, take advantage of it, rather than wasting money to defend it.
I guess, It may hurt exisiting investors in EURO, but just take a huge lost and recover from it.
my 2 cents worth

It seems like i need to run a program, and there is risk of virus.

Or maybe u can list of the salient terms such as the cost, trainer name, background, days, wat will be covered in the course, etc..

Today met a very humble guy, who belongs to 5% of forex winner. He only trade support and resistance using daily and weekly chart. He trade very less, but the winning probability for each trade is very high. No one knows he trade forex until a very close friend of him told us.

Yup, i like S&R trading as well. i find it super usefull. But the main problem is identyfying the "right/reasonable" S&R lines.

i tried many methods of identifying, Fibo, Pivots and mannualy identifying by looking at larger time frames as well as usig the EMAs as S&R.
Also bearing in mind S&R line is not a signle pip, hence after +/- about 20pips ranges, the whole chart is full of S&R lines. I cannot make a single trade.

The other extreme would be having S&R lines too far apart which is risky.

So the challenge is finding the "perfect S&R lines" which prevents wrong trades, while avoid too crowdy chart.

way too expensive. Lots of people can teach you the basic, including me, for free or perhaps you can treat me lunch. You can then use a portion from rm5k (perhaps rm1600 or usd500) to open a micro account and trade for few months to get a hang of forex.

i agree it's way too expensive. For newbie like me, if i knew how and what will i gain from it, i'll probably put a value of RM2,000. For me, paying 2k to learn such a thing is worth it. For e.g. 2-day courses organise by my company to attend also cost RM3k at minimum, and i learn nothing, except for goof buffet.

At least here, i learn something, especially for newbie like me, who doesn't even know how to open an a/c.

I'll only willing to share such knowledge to close frens.

Anybody uses ECN brokers?
What is the lowest minimum deposit amount you've encountered?
How is the commission calculation?
What are the limitation in putting in orders as opposed to dealing desk brokers?
