easiest open a demo account with 1k... just download the mt4 off any broker to play with...

or if you wan real feel.. open a pennny account(ibfx aus) and put in 100 USD and trade penny and get the "feel"....

that news is like dated mid of the year.. i think there are some investment banking offering fx.. just that the amount needs to be huge...

but kinda doubt foreign fx broker will come in, not much incentive or benefits to them apart from that consumer protection..
