Basically, for a person who play WoW, before he play on designated server he choose, he should ping the server ip before play first, or get a least details the ping from Malaysia to the US server.
This case you can take as advice, but mostly not.
But TMnet having some weird routing, today i connecting 250 ping, after one month it seems 450-700 ping to WoW server.
Sames goes to Singapore too, it always having sudden change of latency which make me unhappy about that.
From 30 ping jump to 200-300 ping, latency keep changing every month, same goes to ip and geography area you stay.

Every person complaint about Tmnet downloading via P2P.
And yea, im pretty sure Malaysia having a lot irresponsible person who download p2p almost 24/7 everyday, they complaint tmnet about download via P2P is slow.
I couldn't understand their thinking downloading via P2P almost 10-30GB per day (range from 1Mbps to 4Mbps), could they finish their movies/games/drama? or they download just for sake of downloading.

Also, some user known well watching youtube and downloading from website they speed cannot reach their maximum 1Mbps to 4Mbps speed.
I personally find out watching different youtube clip having different clip, some having 20Kb, some having satisfying promotion speed.
I not sure whether youtube clip all hosting in different server or what, but this make me weird.

And if you complaint your download slow, but local/singapore or even some US sites is fast, i believe either Server set maximum speed limit each user or we all should known we been capped.

Browsing internet website is more irritating part of all using tmnet.
Every time i connect to japan company website, either it really slow to the max, take 5-10 minutes to load a sites, and another day load darn fast unbelievable.
And China Sites and Server is most funny i could see, it having different ping/latency on different time, same goes browsing website now browsing smooth, after 30 minutes take 10 minutes to load, as i always online surfing and checking company details about their product, i couldn't understand what happen to routing from Malaysia to china/hong kong/Taiwan furthermore to Singapore.

Obviously, i hope the new HSBB launch, I hope this fixed some local latency issues to local sites and neighbour country.
Just hope more responsible person learn about what Tmnet promote is not exactly what you get in P2P.

A Tmnet user pissed about unable to called Customer Service for 1 hour, also Tmnet user who loyal since 2000.
But there isn't good offer from Tmnet to loyal customer instead all promotion to new customer.
Also a Tmnet user pissed why no competitive from others broadband company similiar Thailand/Singapore/Indonesia/Taiwan (for Wired ISP provider)

I thinking they dont allowed us to change modem setting probably as this reason:
Access our modem to change the setting like IPTV, VOBB and broadband setting.

if this is the reason, i gonna pissed at it.
