saw some people fixing wires around my area, Cheras, since last month, that was on the town main road (Cheras Perdana) just 3 days ago i saw 2 men digging and doing something at my housing area, it was weird, since usually if TM people doing maintainence, they would just open up that giant cylinder shaped thingy, but this time they dug and had a construction sign about jalur lebar pantas internet this and that.
