If only Polytechnic is smart enough not to spout nonsense like the above then Johor Bahru and Malaysia would be better.

Added on March 5, 2010, 12:33 pmI can't wait for HSBB. I wonder if the IPTV will show the World Cup? Last year I terminated my Astro subscription when they revised the sports package fee. I've been streaming football matches.. but the experience is just not enough. I've been thinking of reconnecting Astro for the World Cup but if the IPTV can show it it'll be great!

i dn't think TM IPTV will show the world cup
they dn't have the rights
only astro have....and it's in HD as well
so just forget about it...TM IPTV also not alot of channels as well

i dont know if its a good thing, while you get better ping from local server on hsbb, you actually get MUCH higher ping from overseas compared to streamyx.

ping is suppose to be low for local...close to none
that's why ppl say if u use fiber optic to play online games.....there's no ping problem anymore
if fiber optic ping is higher than copper wire...thn there's no point using fiber already
while to overseas is all up to their underwater cable....same as screamyx...up to TM

it's been almost 3 days since i've been getting slow speeds with hsbb... mostly slow connections to international sites hosted in the states and some parts of europe.. anyway some speedtest during the "slowdown" hahaha
