Nope. I'm on 4mbps using vpn. I would only get around 30KB/s without VPN.
Unstable it may be, the video plays without stopping..

Well, words tell nothing. I want to see proof. Just like yours, YouTube video and a bandwidth graph sid by side.
After trial, everything will be the same again.

I see no reason why they would want to throttle HSBB right now under trial since those data would be useful to them to check on the load etc. They might throttle them after trial, but let's complain when that actually happens.

if using HSBB n youtube still slow - so better use streamyx lorr

Yea, they'll not throttle because it's still under trial. Maybe, maybe after trial. But I'm eager to see tests from HSBB trial users about YouTube !

its the old copper wire + new fiber wire.. both have black protective shielding...

i guess so yes... since they've got all the settings hard coded into the router... unless u can get ur hands on the settings mayb u can set up ur own router??

youtube streaming or any other video/sound stream for that matter is very smooth here... even on youtube hd the video would have buffered all the way while its playing 1/4 through...

Cool speed. Although not very stable but one jump of 7Mbps can load the video half already.

Wait wait... are we supposed to call their SoC to subscribe to the HSBB, or we just fill in the form? .

Just wait for TM to annouce it next month. I dont want HSBB here like in Greece, which their package at 24Mbps but users get 10Mbps. I believe that the spikes and low waves of speed of HSBB is caused by their own internal system which perhaps doesn't migrated to the new specialized for fiber optics system.

Is the bandwidth seperated from Streamyx ?

I wonder what ip address does HSSB use 218.208 or 218.111 ?
