Is the Dremel 395 good and reliable (long lasting)?
And why is there so many different 395 around?
eg. 5000-30000RPM, 5000-35000RPM, 10000-37000RPM?

in regards to the RPM, depends what you will be using it for. As I understand get the highest RPM so you got the flexibility to choose any of the RPM available & you can also potentially use the highest RPM for cutting something really tough.

Is there any particular advantage to having a lower starting RPM (eg. 5000 vs 10000)?
