Eg: "Company’s additional *** new ordinary shares of RM** each issued pursuant the aforesaid Scheme will be granted listing and quotation with effect from ***."

1.) Wats the meaning for the above quote? Izzit new quantity of share is going to be added in listing?
2.) What effect to the share price?

1. Mean some employees exercised their rights to purchase company share at pre-determined price in accordance to their service contract. In Malaysia, normally ESOS is from newly formed share, other countries might not be the case.
2. Virtually no impact, as the volume normally small in comparison with total paid up capital. Think there is normally cap of ESOS to be less than 10% of the paid up capital, and normally no way near that.

small quantity of ESOS wont affect much, but high large quantity of ESOS will reduce Earning Per Share (EPS) and increase the PE.

If not mistaken,
ESOS cannot exceed 10% of the company paid up or issued shares as according to the listing rules.
