Early possession with rental, What to negotiate

Hey there,
I am about to enter a tenancy agreement - early possession with rental, since I think the deal would not complete on time I want to ask, what are the things to discuss with the seller: 1. How much the rental? 2. Utilities - not sure if she has already cut of the electricity? If so, I need to apply? What else? |
