Malaysian owned hotel. Great location as walking distance around 6-7 minutes to Pantip Plaza, Platinum Mall and Pratunam Market. Street food were abundant along the small alley. Cheap too! Other locations I just travelled via Tuk Tuk, cheap and fast.
The room I'm in was great on the 5th floor, 2 floors up was the spa but usually I just call the guy/girl to massage me in the room. Price was very reasonable for me.
Patpong was a typical seedy place but only after midnight once the night market closes, I enjoyed strolling while trying out the food there. Best time to go there is after 11pm. If you're into the stripper/sex show/pole dancing just enter any ground floor clubs in Patpong 1 or 2, don't forget to ask if there's any cover charge. Don't follow the punters to the 1st floor, prices were very misleading. I got a typical local face so nobody kacau me except sometimes the girls try to pull me in their clubs.
Same with Khao San Road, best time to go there is after 11pm. Night market, open bars and gogo bars, sit down at any bar, have a drink and enjoy watching hundreds of people walking by...

hi guys, just back from thai. stayed at bangkok, The Residence for one night. very convenient place. very very near to paragon and also near to platinum. all walking distance. but nt really satisfied with the room. the bed sheets are clean tho. overall okay. just that the room is not big..

I'm staying near Nana station so which Somboon would u guys recommend me to go?

Kueh Chap, Slice green mango with their special sauce, meat floss (comes in stick), dried meat which iss crispy...

Local buses 29, 34, 39, 59, 95, 504, 510 and 522 will get you from Bangkok to Rangsit Future Park (7 baht in the basic non-aircon buses, 18-22 baht for aircon). You can catch most of these from the bus stop next to BTS Mo Chit station. The journey takes 30-60 minutes depending on the traffic and bus (the orange 5xx services are faster).

Try On8 Sukhumvit, the BTS is just outside of their door. Crawl also can reach.

i felt its affordable for me. Not sure for u or not. But nice location
