i'm not sure about this hotel, i never been here.
but normally they dun have this kind of transportation service. it is easily to get a cab everywhere in bangkok.

ya, they have narrow road so the drivers here very rude. anyhow, bangkok do not hav much accident as compare to KL. so, still safe smile.gif

Their tuk tuk service is 24 hrs I guess (just go to website to find out) They will only send you to the nearest drop off point to whereever you want to go within 800m. Their tuk2 do not go across the roads. They have a list of places where they drop you to the nearest point at the lobby

Example : There is a BTS nearby hotel . They will drive out to the main where the 1st hotel is n drop u there.U got to cross the road where BTS station is.And when u need them to pick up ,u must go back to d same drop off point then give them a call & tell them where u are and give them yr room number. Got to wait cos sometimes they are dropping some guests elsewhere.

Again fr Pratunam - They can pick u to.u got to call them and go back to where they drop you.

I get quoted from Suvarnabhumi Airport to Pattaya for 1000Baht. Pattaya to Bangkok for 1100 Baht and from Bangkok to Suvarnabhumi Airport for 700 Baht.

Prices are said to include every cost, petrol and tolls, and i do not have to pay any extra, unless i wanted yo give driver tips.

Well, my question is, is it prices above are considered normal or expensive?

i used their coach service from airport to Pattaya and back last month.

basically u juz need to make a booking thru their website, go to the their counter in airport that day, pay and get ur ticket. The journey takes ard 1 and half hour to reach a bus terminal at Pattaya (which is not near the beach area), then transfer to van and they wil send u to the hotel that u stay.
