No worry about voiding the warranty, as long as u keep the stock chipset cooler will do. But if u take off the stock one and replace the chipset cooler, u can have better temperature reading but the problem is u have to find a MOSFET/PWM cooler as well, cause the stock chipset cooler is link from there.
