say and actual experience is different. My engine no overheating also, but gasket leak because the cylinder head is not flat anymore (due to high compression). Today is the 3rd time my engine masuk air, and its just 60mm piston. Normal riding distance is ok, but once I travel more than 100km, the cylinder head no longer can tahan the stress.

wah.. then TT if i not mistaken almost near 100km leh.. if go 2 rounds confirm 100km++... lucky they postponed the TT.. now ur bike got problem liao.. mayb it is asking u to stop 'touching' me.. or else i 'fan min' (cantonese) LOL.. who knows right..? haha

actually in the last TT i found my bike a bit problem when kick starting, but I thought is other problem. When bike totally cannot start it is serious air masuk problem, hard to kick start and low idling is first sympton.

My finding is that, 58.5mm is the biggest we can go for daily ride. Just need to jaga engine oil.

Of course I am still using back the 60mm piston now, but I have a secret and extreme modification going on, needs 1 month to complete. Bee Hock said he only do for me because too hassle, and I dunno how much $ I need to prepare yet tongue.gif

159cc vs 135cc

its a lot ! but hold on first, because we are half way R&D on the 58.5mm project. My aim is to get a bike which can breeze easily on the street and hit 160kph (LC meter) easily in 600m. see can do or not la tongue.gif

btw, my bike can hit 135kph (100% width in KOSO) in less than 1km (including uphill at Tapak Pesta road). brows.gif

it can be done, but you gotta sacrifice a lot of low and mid range torque.

hehe, tats within 1km and with Givi box. Give me 1.2km sure can reach 140kph. If sprocket change to smaller one should can reach 150+

Added on June 19, 2010, 1:53 pmbtw guys, no more good 58.5mm block/piston set. I'd recommend FZ original 57mm block/piston set. It is much more reliable than any of the racing blocks available and you will get about 10% power boost.
