I am thinking of a possibility to take up some drum lessons, just for the sake of fun, not for exam nor professional etc

my knowledge of music theory is in primary school music class

I dunno is that harder for me to pick up some lessons?

I need to know the location as well as the fee.. I don't have drumset in house so have to learn outdoor

one more thing,if you can count from 1 to 4 in tempo you can play drum

I used to learn drum at pandan indah..
RM 80/ month, 2 days a week, an hour for each session.
They also give you t-shirt, drumstick and a note.
The teacher is an ex-drummer of flop poppy

drums is a pretty tricky instrument to master if you're going into genres like jazz, prog metal or mathcore. but for me, i find it hard to play simple r&b pieces =/

there is 1 in Seri Kembangan...Ultimate Guitar Studio(UGS)...and as far as i know another new one is opening soon in mid June or beginning of July in Seri Kembangan also...

Wanna take up drumming as well.
Any recommended places (or teachers to be specific) in Subang Jaya, Sunway or Puchong?

One week half an hour class only, able to learn?
If at home don't have drum set and that's just rely on the 1/2hr class..is it too difficult to get improvement??

Few years back also thought want take up drum lesson..but till now I still no action...

most of the class offered is only 30 mins...sound not enough but without practise then 1 hours class also no use...

Can learn, but for beginners the leg most probably will tire fast cuz not used to the bass drum pedal action (Idk how to describe it lol)

jus self-learn... your best and cheapest lesson is YOUTUBE!

If the lesson hour is long enough then got place to practice during the class else no drum to practice how ler?
