hi all,
if i decided to sell a property by myself (that means no agent), after I have the confirmed buyer, is it ok to just engage a lawyer to keep the earnest fee and prepare the document ? (the document before the S & P. not sure what it is called)
if yes, how much is the normal cost for such a service?

Getting Started

its ok to get a lawyer to do so. the fee usually varies but if you signing the snp and doing whole package with the lawyer,, the earnest deposit is part of the whole package and no extra fee will be incure.

Hi...What if buyer want a markup price? Is there anything that seller should concern? And is it SOMETHING WRONG to do such as we lie to the bank?
