Ipod classic old model.. When plug charger can on-off-on.. But after charge or half charge, off the charger, if off, cant on.. Have to wait till batt all drain out thn only can charge/on again.. If not, when plug charger, no respond.. What prob with the ipod?? How much if repair?

my iphone dropped once and the screen was cracked. after repaired, problems occured like LCD not sensitive, sounds sometimes in headphones mode, not detectable to pc and not chargeable as well. may i know how much it will costs to repair for it ? will it takes more time to repair ?
