edit : i removed the framing and your words...because they were created in white..when i change the wb..it becomes blue hahaha ...

cjlai pic looks fine, the yellow tint is because the AWB cant lower anymore K, due to the far end (supposely White) is turning blue...

maybe u can cut out the back area, then readjust the WB on the foreground to white..., then paste back the far building (but it will look More blue then the foreground, adjust that too if u wan to)

My Kit Lens just dead..Wonder if i can claim warranty or at least free repair The auto-focus producing grinding noise.. Is anybody experience same problem with any lenses?

ier : oo i see..that means different lighitng the awb only balance til one part white..?..

err... its hard to say... let say u put a florescent on left, a tungsten on right, take 3 shot, 3 pic will have diff white balance... lol (without flash)...

if with flash, the AWB will pick/activate 'flash WB' (u can select the flash WB mode in WB menu) (usually it is lock at 5500k when Flash WB is used)

Added on March 11, 2010, 8:44 pmactually pic that is affect by tungsten or any other light... is very trouble some... sometimes, parts when u need to add green tint to balance, but end up those grass which is not lit by the light, becomes over-green.

the only way is to break apart the area which lit by which light, manually balance each part/component, then marge them back.

or u can WB-bracket. then PP with masking. of coz, it only can bracket for a small range.

WB braket, if u got tripod.... a good tripod... and with remote trigger.

slightest movement will make the frame off

ieR, WB-bracketing on the A700 no need multiple shots.. one shot enough...
