woah, am loving your return policy. I've tried buying shoes online before, but after that one bad experience I don't ever want to anymore unless I can see the shoe first.

May I ask, for your return policy, what are the terms and conditions? I mean, cannot be as long as I don't like it I can return it right? Especially for custom shoes, since it'll be so much harder to sell it out.

Indeed, we will need to bear all the losses if customer going to refund. There is no where to sell after a custom shoe is made . Frankly speaking, we are selling lower than custom shoe's market price right now. Hence, we don't have a high profit margin for covering our losses.

In inShuz, we are treating our customers with the best quality shoe and service. Hence, we hope that our customers do not abuse this policy as well. Bless us
Basically terms and conditions are real simple:

1. We do not refund if the shoe is not fit or 'ugly'. (Basically, we build the shoes according to the provided picture and as long as you provided the correct feet's size).
2. We only accept reasonable excuse for requesting a refund, which means that we hold the last decision.

Would you mind to share us what bad experience u had? Hence, we can improve our customer's satisfaction.
