Item being sold/bought: Sony DSLR A200 (Courier)

Details of the complaint :

I already deal with this f***ing guy on Sony DSLR A200. He claimed that he already post the item through the City Link. Eventually the item didn't arrived on that week. So i sms him and he told me that there is something weird happened with City Link. Then followed by couple days, he sms me that that the item never reached to the City Link Batu Pahat branch.

So i called him to refund the money and he claimed that the item belong to his cousin. He need to get the money from him first in order to refund the money. So i waited for 1 week. Feeling with curiosity, i tried to get some advice from one of LYN seller, and he tried to call that guy. At first failed to be answered. Followed by next day, the seller told me that the item still available as he have successfully called and ask abt the item. So that guy" Yap Chee Chin a.k.a coolio2199" really have tricked me over rm 600.

So i called him again and ask him to refund the money within 3 hours or i will lodged a police report. He claimed that he on working time and able to bank in the money after 6pm. So i gave him time until 9pm to do so and yet he still ignoring the threat i gave him. I already called him so many time and he didn't answer. So i have no choice need to lodge the police report.

This motherf***er has no idea what have his done. It seems he didn't feared enough on police action. So hes giving me hard time, so i also can give him hard time. Although the police investigation could take too much time, i hope the LYN admin can helped me with this kind of situation.

Do the con man really get busted? i mean there is lots of complaints abt this scenario, but i have never seen the face of the con man get arrested by the police.

To LYN admin, if you guys want more details, feel free pm me. I will provide as much as i can on the info.

I already called last week, ask him politely to refund the money. This deal already gone for too long approx 3 weeks. Besides that he told to one of LYN seller that disguised as a buyer that the item still available. Then i called that man, told him that he tricked me and demand the money to be refunded. After that he never answer my call or reply my sms.

Yeah i know hes pretty active, hes last log on in LYN 11th Feb. But to me hes seem enjoy trick me just for RM600. RM600..is he got brain or what. If he wanna trick ppl, trick for huge amount of money.

I propose that LYN can lodge police report on him cheating in dealing bizness and sue him for disgracing the name of LYN ( If LYN want whole new level of action).

I manage to get a deal by bank-in half of the money and the another half after i received the postage. He said that was fair between me and him.

Does anyone know this guys?
