Invasion mode sounds like soooo much fun!
QUOTE Spawn on Your Bro, Co-op Style Yup. At the beginning of each game, players will be placed into two man fireteams. You don’t get to choose who you pair up with, but if you came in with an even-numbered party, we’ll make sure everyone in your crew gets to play on fireteams all together now. Come in with an odd one out all Yoko-style, and well, I’ll let you do the math. Sorry, we can’t pull any King Solomon type action. Whole players only. So, what are fireteams? Well, they’re important. In Invasion, you’ll be able to choose where you respawn by pressing up on the d-pad. One of those choices will always be to spawn on the other member of your two man army, battle bro style. If they’re presently out of combat, you’ll pop in right on their six. If they’re in a vehicle that has a jump seat or a turret, you’ll be able to slip right into their fast mover on the fly. Do it right, and it should be a significant advantage. QUOTE So when does it end? Well, we don’t have the exact date for you just yet. It all depends on how things go. You can expect a minimum of two weeks and probably no more than a month Bungie Weekly update This post has been edited by scpt: Apr 24 2010, 11:01 AM |

GMT+8 Hours from Greenwich (+0.0) is the time zone for Malaysia.
USA Time Zones United States of America USA Time Zones The continental United States (the 48 contiguous states) is divided into 4 time zones: Eastern Standard Time (EST), the time zone New York is in, which is 5 hours behind Greenwich mean Time (GMT) Central Standard Time (CST), the time zone Chicago is in, which is 6 hours behind Greenwich Meantime (GMT) Mountain Standard Time (MST), which is 7 hours behind Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) Pacific Standard Time (PST), the time zone Los Angeles is in, which is 8 hours behind Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) So roughly if we take the Pacific Standard Time for Los Angeles, it would be (8+8=16)hours ahead of 3rd May Monday in Malaysia. lol. They normally use Pacific Time as their reference. Usually when a certain item gets released into the Marketplace its at 2am PST, so it's 5pm our time. That's the trend that I notice. So u probably can expect to DL the beta on 3rd May @ 5pm

I think the Halo Reach Beta is only accessible through a copy of ODST. No beta codes are given away, maybe?
