How does POHD mini fairs with WDTV Live in term of PQ/SQ/ease of use?

Looking to upgrade from wdtv to POHD mini/wdtv Live..

Everyone is buying POHD.
Is it the mini version is not good in term of PQ/AQ compare to its big bro??
How's the fan noise in the big POHD?? not too loud??

Still undecided between BIG vs MINI..
