I mean the digital output can ouput the DTS HD and Dolby Thru HD to the amplifier, not direct output the analogue signal from the POHD media player.

QUOTE(ufo91919 @ May 4 2010, 10:20 AM) The price isn't expensive, quite affordable, but I won't recommend you to buy this at the moment until I able to solve the Bitstream Error for .m2ts file first. My purpose for buying this POHD is to play bluray movie without buying any bluray player, when I ask the sales person whether able to play bluray disc file, the sales person very confident and said 100% can play, if cannot play, return it, now see, the first bluray disc movie already unable to play, i'll try to return this useless POHD to them and see what they will say. |

QUOTE(cannavaro @ May 4 2010, 12:37 PM) How did you rip the disc? I didn't rip the file at all, I just copied and pasted the whole bluray disc inside my hard disk, untuoched anything, when try to play, the "Bitstream Error" pop out and the tv screen stay black until I press the remote "return" button. Btw, the movie I tried was "Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince".I don't face this problem, have tried with Avatar and UP (untouched blu-ray, BDMV). |

Geramnya, can't support Dolby Thru HD and the DTS HD MA will also remux to normal DTS 5.1, what the hell is this. I thought can straight away play the Blu-ray with support all the HD audio format, now really upset. Does anyone know which firmware support the HD audio format?

QUOTE(WereWolf84 @ May 9 2010, 09:55 PM) Now POHD is able to playback blu-ray source - BDMV flawlessly Doesn't it able to play blu-ray source since last few months? The blu-ray you still have to rip it first before you can watch it on POHD due to BD protection. One thing for sure, no Dolby Thru HD and DTS HD MA/HR, this is the only down side for a proper HD Media Player. |

I think i'm gonna try again later, usually we will make it to "region free", crack the "prohibited operation menu", disable "BD Live". What else should we do?
Added on May 12, 2010, 9:19 amNow I have found that my POHD unable to playback the Avatar BD because of the BD+ DRM and the region code unable to set to "Region Free", so because of these 2 problem, my POHD unable to playback the file. Does anyone know how to make these 2 items away? This post has been edited by hosiery2u: May 12 2010, 09:19 AM |
