BoxBuilder, I collected my POHD this morning. How come the repaired unit the standby led is dim blue instead of red?

Don't worry, they still responsible for the unit for 2 years. Touch wood if got problem, is a matter of time different only. Btw, PlayOn!HD and Mede8er for the defect rate still below 1%, consider is a very good reliable products.

Added on March 24, 2010, 10:18 pmI believed that your wifi is 1 transmission and 1 receiving type, guess from the cost. So, streaming 720p or normal mkv shouldn't be a problem. But if your PC distance a bit far and in other room, it may cause the streaming problem. Pls let me know your situation.

BoxBuilder, yes the POHD is working fine. Just that the standby LED is dim blue. I don't have the time to try the YAMJ, maybe next time.

Hi Idragon, your unit firmware is 3294 and this is new feature in standby mode. No more red LED in standby mode for V3 firmware. It is normal.

its not really far...my pc and media player is in the same room albeit one at each end of my living room....around 22 to 24 feet apart only....

i wonder would it help / make diff if i put the wifi adapter in front (using usb extension) instead of the back of the media player now.....
