i just bought an new casing, AeroCool Aero Engine II.
the thing is at the back of the casing, where the hole for screw motherboard lies, it is flat. Totally flat. So after screwing it, the motherboard pins at the back are touching the casing. Therefore my pc will never start, not even sound.
After so many troubleshooting, i finally realise this problem. So how to rectify it?
Right now, temporay, I am putting a piece of cardboard, cut from the casing box and put it at the back of the motherboard before i screw it. But the motherboard is slightly bend. I am afraid it might cause long term problem.
Even my 5 yeears old capalang casing also has 4 mounted holes .

one of the forumer selling spacer is niclasteoh . actually i tihnk can find at some hardware shop . anyway, it actually depends on how high u want to raise . cause if not, the PCI slots will be lower than ur mobo . hence, backpanel cannot use and PCI slot cannot screw in .

Epic problem... o.O" Wasn't your casing suppose to come with a plastic bag full of screws and risers? Even a no-brand (or people call it cap-ayam) casing I get has risers... How come Aero Engine II don't got? Or you just accidently lost it?

ts, did you get an open-box item? otherwise a packet of screws/spacers/etc should be in there..
i hope your entire mobo is not totally fried..

i wonder did your case didn't come with the spacer when you're buying them? most case provide this unless you bought a second hand unit.
