Guys, question here. Any idea whether we can charge the PS3 controller when the PS3 is turned off?

Guys, question here. Does all the PS3 games run in FullHD mode by default if i have a FullHD LCD TV? And how many hours of gaming usually does it take for a controller to go into battery low mode?

No. Most games run at 720p. The battery life of the controller is really long. Maybe like more than 15 hours straight usage.

Alright. Thanks alot for the info. Was feeling weird when i saw my Fifa World Cup switching to 720p. Thought it was a setting that downscale it or something. smile.gif Thanks alot.

Guys, in regards to PSN account, i have an SG set. Could i actually register for a Malaysia PSN account to purchase stuff? I recently purchase games via PSN using SG account via CC but was thinking, would purchasing them in RM would be cheaper (as no currency exchange occurs)?

Question here guys. Games purchased from PSN store can be redownloaded how many times? I deleted my profile yesterday, causing one of the game to be unplayable. Something to do with invalid certificate etc. Then, i redownloaded the game via the Account Management page and is wondering, is there a limit to how many times i can download?

purchased games = no limit

u own the game , so u can download anytime u want , as many time u want .

So, the game is tied to my PSN account? Would it mean i can add my PSN account into any PS3 and download the game to their machine for free?

Each purchase is associated with an account. So if you are buying a game from User B, you'll need to create a user on your PS3 with User B details (username and password). And so on. You'll need to do so in order to download the game from User B shopping cart. Once you had completed downloading, you can delete user B from your PS3, the game will still run.
*
Question. If you have bought the game this way, if you have deleted all your user accounts and cause the game to be unplayable, would you still be able to redownload the game from that same user account? Or you have to repurchase again?

QUOTE(shadowblack @ Jun 8 2010, 03:25 PM)
can delete the user? But they say not to delete as it cant run later.Cant i just change the user login? Means like use all different login with 1 user on my PS3.
*
Yes you can delete. Just make sure there is at least ONE user account left. Dont delete them all.

sony is using Address Verification Check (AVC) for credit cards on all their psn stores now. so unless you are using PSN cards, you will not be able to buy anything from other PSN stores.
*
Is this implemented recently? Cause i was still able to buy from Singapore PSN a few weeks ago.

You won't be able to sign-in to PSN.

It will keep prompting you to update to the latest firmware first before signing you into PSN and play online games.
*
Ok. Thanks alot. Guess there is no choice but to update then smile.gif The new firmware are basically just for PSN+?
