you can make it full screen, however, this will crop the video...


I wonder why.. u can stretch 4:3 into 16:9 by stretching left and right to make it full screen, why cant they stretch 2.40:1 content up and bottom to make it full screen?

Deep Color Output (HDMI)


[Deep Color Output (HDMI)] has been added as an option under (Settings) > (Display Settings). When your system is connected via an HDMI cable, you can set whether to output video using the Deep Color signal by selecting [Automatic] or [Off].
Automatic Enable video output using the Deep Color signal if your TV supports this signal.
Off Disable video output using the Deep Color signal.

• If there is video noise or the colors do not look right when the option is set to [Automatic], set it to [Off]

I know the PS3 upscales DVD into near HD quality, but does it upscales video that if from thumbdrive?
