Budget RM3000 .Prefer Intel Core i5-6500 with a good quiet PSU - I hate fan noise .
I hardly play game, just coding lately - but want to be able to play games like DOTA 2 or whatever comes next .

Secondary option would be able to connect 3 monitors. Secondary - not important as long as upgrade-able in future.

I already have a HAF 912 (i think) case . So i just need a very lauya case to qualify for tax deduction.
