Budget: <3000K would also like to get 23' or 25' Samsung monitor. Please suggest few options i can get within this budget. And suggest any necessary accessories such as keyboard,mouse etc.

Use: Medium Gaming (Dota,LoL,Hon etc maybe some COD but not important), Engineering applications (Matlab,Labview) computational intensive but not so much graphic. Also for chess database management and analysis.(Chess base 12)
