Didn't get any hits for my question in the satria thread so I though I try my luck here.

anyone here did a short shifter mod for their car? I want to do one for my Neo CPS and Kakimotor is selling one for RM 180.

However there is one dude selling one (redlinemax) here for only RM130. Wondering which one I should go for?

Thanks guys for all your replies, guess I will stick with just changing to short shifter rather than welding and cutting.

The price to mod the original shifter is too high and worse of all, not reversible. Now just need to do more research for the most bang for buck short shifter out there.

Anyway what is this spur gear mod? What are the benefits? What the other cons other than loud sound?

I think I heard something along the lines of 280 degrees for exhaust cams and 260 degrees for intake cams or maybe I mixed those figure up.
