yup with loads of goodies... however pricing wise i think it is a bit over board...i'm not well advised about the equipment price but i think it should'nt reach even 100k.

this is perhaps either

a. they have to pay Lotus (or Lotus Racing) for the branding or
b. its the price after the excise duty... meaning to say the duty is charged after all the equipments is fitted.

i went for third party workshop....timing belt plus workmanship around rm250..my timing belt still nice after 90k....mmmm..

Hi all, I'm newbie here.

Just got my Waja CPS (M) on Mar 22. After waited for 1 month.
I got only discount 2K for the year 2010 manufacture.

only 20 kilometre soon going for 1st service.

So far the ride, i can tell good . Leather seat very comfortable, ride, i really can feel the power compare my previous ride (Matrix 1.6 M).

Only some of the "Biasalah" issue with Proton.
1) Reverse sensor not working. But funny, when I put reverse gear, the sensor will make beep sound once, but when reverse no sensor 
2) Like mention earlier on this forum, small stupid light not light up. Seat belt.

3) After long ride... I can noticed my CPS coolant dripped on the floor. not so much, but few drops (green). After some checking found out its dripping from the spare tank. And noticed it’s NOT dripping from the host, but from the cover. Anyone have same issue? pls advise.

For the coolant cover. I'll check it out tonight, see whether got that rubber not and will make it tighter. But this cap is for the spare tank.

For the reverse sensor...I've tried get my son to walk from back of car (around more than 5 feet) untill he touch the bumper..no help n no sound. Even some more he go n touch d sensor (both site) still no sound.

Your car does not come with the CPS emblem meh?

So far some comparision with Matrix 1.6 M & WAJA CPS 1.6 M

1) POWER -  WAJA sure will win
2) Interrior space - both almost same. Only Matrix higher position.
3) Cornering - WAJA sure will win
4) Boot space - WAJA sure will win
5) Comfortable when drive long distance - win win
6) Gadjets - I think Matrix will win
7) Leather seat - I like WAJA's, very soft and nice. Matrix, hard type one.
8) Head light - WaJA win with HID, Matrix normal.
9) Auto site mirrow fold - WAJA win, Matrix manual
10) ABS - win win
11) Air bag - WAJA win with both side. Matrix ony driver.

no lar. I know matrix is hyundai so korean. What I meant was a lot of people thinks japanese cars are an upgrade of their wiras, iswaras sagas etc. That's why they choose vios and so on. But the thing is waja, persona or gen2 nowadays are quite decent compared to entry level japanese cars. They thought wajas gen2 and all newer protons are the same as their previous wiras.

My real bad experience with Proton was the handbrake totally came of. While driving. Totally bash Proton that time    In spite of that still buy Proton
