The captain really shouldn't do that, it could be second yellow and a red and he'll be out for few next games. But it all started with Walcott giving away the ball at the other end. The team really should drill this kind of thing into their head. Anyway at the end of the day the team deserved their 3 points.

haha EPL top four. Credit to the creator, but I take it from Chelsea thread. Although fourth place is much more open for grab, at the end of the season I still think it'll be the usual suspects.

yup, I won't swap Fabregas with any other player even with money added into it. When he celebrate some of his goal it is just priceless, his face is really enthusiastic, it almost looks like he want to cry, it just rub into you. Unless he wanna go himself that is another story but as for now, for 60 mil they can have Fab autographed boot. This post has been edited by redart: Feb 15 2010, 12:56 PM

QUOTE(rich8610 @ Feb 21 2010, 02:01 PM) chelsea get the champion is the most appropiate..lolz. Everton can beat MU gao gao..then everton very geng lor..we hardly able to fight when against Mu..really funny... meh, say that when they were crowned champion in May, until then the race is still open. Everton is not weak team, and not only MU, they beat Chelsea too this season. With Moyes, Everton got the habit of putting good performance in the second half of the season. We trashed them in the early part of the season and draw them in harsh snowy night. This season is less predictable than before, some so called small team is putting up surprise now and then.

not directly related to us but a good read Storrie reveals Pompey's massive £131m wage bill http://soccernet.espn.go.com/news/story?id...england&cc=4716Even for the millions they spend, Portsmouth only managed to be a solid team for second quarter of the table at best. The complexities of football financial nowadays, it's not just as simple as paying millions for the transfer fees alone. Other than Arsenal, Everton look to be the best in juggling between the team and the financial matter. This post has been edited by redart: Feb 22 2010, 08:38 PM

QUOTE(Casanova88 @ Mar 2 2010, 09:22 PM) LOL. Arsenal hasn't won any title yet & i am pretty sure they will loose CL to Porto & after that they will self destruct in EPL within 1 month as how it happened 2 seasons ago. We only want the team to win title & not to chase for 2 or 3 spot in EPL. No place for loosers. Of course Arsenal didn't win the EPL or CL yet but so does Chelsea and MU. The real looser is the one who gave up before the fight conclude. The team might not look as strong as Chelsea or MU but they didn't gave up after being battered by these two team last time. That's why they are in a pretty good position right now. The EPL fight will only conclude when it is mathematically done. Until then being negative won't be any help to anybody. QUOTE(bone_me @ Mar 7 2010, 12:27 PM) if arsenal win epl this time, it will be the lousiest champions ever, since blackburn in 1993 yeah, winning with a squad that have about half of their players still in their early 20's in a season with no superstar signing sure make the lousiest champion ever.
