Arsenal really need a good leader. Fab is not a good leader, he is just not there yet. The kids need someone to look upon to. They need someone who can guide them and give them confidence. Altho the winning against Sunderland, I somewhat sense the morale is running low. Not much understanding among the players, dont know where to pass the ball. There is no excitement on the field. Only Eboue show more enthusiasm.

I yearn for the time of Henry, Vieira, Ljunberg and Pires. Even they lost the game, it could only be a exciting game. Not like now, even if they won, its still mundane or sometime just boring.

I somewhat disagree that Fabs is a poor leader. He's certainly not the most vocal we've seen, but he leads by example and fights for every ball.

He is too young to be a leader. Its hard for older and more experienced players to listen to him. To me making him a captain is not a good decision coz he still have a lot to learn and its just overburden him.
