Again, lady luck is with us...not only liverpool game, but also to man utd n chelsea. Very weird. Its not the first time arsenal won while the other big teams won in the same night.

This season has been interesting indeed. Now if the Gunners would have any slight chance of winning the BPL, it would probably not only because of the team alone, because other factors have to be included, namely the performance of the other 'teams'.

Lets say we win all 10 of our remaining games, we still have to hope both Chelsea AND Man Utd to drop points. Then Arsenal will lift the trophy. Otherwise, we're still just chasing from behind.

Although from the looks of the remaining games, both Chelsea and Man Utd have more risky games to conquer, whereas Arsenal need only to worry (much) about Man City.

Like I said, this season is really interesting. I'm always hoping that by the end of the season, Chelsea, Man Utd and Arsenal will have the same amount of points, but Arsenal will win it by goal difference. That way, no one will question our GK qualities ever again. tongue.gif

QUOTE(Aeroberg @ Mar 2 2010, 02:07 PM)
It will not really be chasing from behind. We are only 3 points behind the leaders with all teams having played the same amount of games. By disregarding all other matches, don't forget that United and Chelsea still need to play each other. That alone is where we can still eat into the lead further. Chelsea still got 2 tricky trips to Spurs and Liverpool. While United still need to visit Man City plus a whole host of difficult home games. Rooney is starting to show some wear and tear after a fruitful season. As long as Arsenal keep on winning their games, there is no reason no to believe. Keep the faith

Exactly. At the moment, it seems like Arsenal is taking the back seat and watch how both teams tussle it out and survive the remaining games. I have full faith in Arsenal and I'm 209% sure the Gunners realize that they must capitalize the rest of the games to make sure that WHEN (not IF) Chelsea and Man Utd drop points, our team will be there to take the driver's seat. At this point of the league, every mistakes will cost any top teams the chance of winning the trophy. For both Man Utd and Chelsea, the match against each other will be the turning point for them. If they get draw, it means luck is definitely on our side. hahahahhahahahahahahahahaaaaa.........................

In any case, I do hope Man Utd won't crash out in the league due to financial constraints. Much as I love to see them lose, I'd rather Arsenal win against them on the pitch then seeing them off like Leeds. Never would I imagine EPL without Liverpool, Arsenal or Man Utd.

Kids won't stay kids forever. And when they do, Arsenal will produce a fine line between senior players and junior players in the main eleven. Just like Barca has now.

Wow, it seems like there's gonna be tonnes of choices to buy players by the end of the season...I'm hearing a lot of players wanting to leave teams, not to mention teams that go into administration. With money to spill, Arsene will be spoilt for choice. happy.gif
