Go to bios and play with the Settings.

Change The Core Volt higher a bit

Change The Multiplier

Change The ghz

If you Overclock your pc and your computer cannot on back, Dont worry just

Take out CMOS battery for 40seconds and put it back and restart Computer.

Good Luck on your Overclocking

FYI: Overclocking a P4 is not really worth it cause you wont really notice the difference. Better just don't OVERCLOCK

Overclocking Makes your Proc hotter and therefore needs a better Cpu Cooler(Heatsink)
