Refinancing won't affect your S&P and DOA.
Both of these documents will just be a prove to your ownership to your property. Feel free to contact me. |

i asked a cimb agent and she says that it will take some time.
She said that this 3 items below will need some time to be prepared by the lawyer. Deed of assignment power of attorney facility agreement She said that the doco above needs to be re-registered at land office and may take time. is this true? |

Yes it will take time if u refinance from another bank to cimb
As the original title deed will be under current bank's name, so when u refinance from X bank to CIMB then they would need to change the name from X bank to CIMB |

normal refinance process will take around 3 months..but sometimes there might complications in the conveyancing process for example starta title of the property is issued which will delay the whole process. If for property with title it will be faster maybe around 2 months
