yes recommended 6mnts but if condition good 9months to 12months only go back also no prob.

my SA just call me to get the loan approved by this week, if not the interest will up by 0.5% on 15 march.

0.5 %...wow, need to pay 2~3k more interest for nothing......

i personally call up a few bank to check the interest rate, currently is 2.9~3% for 7 years...loan for 90%
but next week will be 3.4~3.5%.

how much for booking aa?
loan needed to be approve then can book right?
