Scathach Senior Member 5,464 posts Joined: Mar 2005	1) Think most brakes operate with brake pumps, so if your engine is not on, your brakes would kinda feel hard to engages. Applies to most cars. Try leaving your car in motion and engine killed. You will feel the brake is not operating well.
