Wahh..still wanna test drive 2.0 after got warning by bro KFC? u will get multiple cargasm with 2.0 when u test drive it, later unable to get even a single cargasm with your 1.6  & need to use 'V1agra' as what iluvena said to reach the peak again  remember..u've been warned

nope... DBW has its pros & cons as with MS which hardcore will complain lack of feel. but 80% family ppl will luv it.
CT & HS seems old tech but gives best feel & response especially to hardcores like myself hahahahaa!

if your engine need min 5w-30 u have to use that ok so pls don't go about confusing ppl to use the wrong oil just to save a few bucks else don't buy forte just buy kapchai use minyak cap kapak who cares...........

again u can't refer to us sc rec as they have diff temp than us our day to day heat range is way higher than theirs and if u live/wrok in KL with lots of jam your sc interval shortens a lot. this is just advise u can use the oil for 100k before service also nobody will care.... but i've seen bmw merc & volvo owners mess up so badly their nice cars cause to unprofessional advises from so called frens.

It is not a waste of money, in fact that's the recommendation from all the car manufacturing, service your car based on mileage or duration which ever comes first.
Even though you doesn't meet the mileage, it is still recommended to do the service based on duration to ensure your car is in good condition.
I'm not in car manufacturing or whatever but so far I saw plenty of car's manual mentioned about this, there must a reason for this.
Anyway, it is up to your choice to do it or not, I surely won't do that just to save little bit of money and end up my car broke-down during middle of no way. 
As far as I know, mineral/semi both used for 5k, never see any service centre use semi and advised to come back after 7.5k.
I got RM800 discount, voucher for Ecotint (4 doors), that's it. No petrol or whatever stuff.

Blinded by forte..it is definately a downgrade...from CVT to 4 speed(u call this upgrade)? engine is the same(same family)

it's recommended in the manual book, so whoever wants to try other oil let them lor~~ if shit happens we know it's definitely didn't come from you nor the book.

To be frank, this forte is a good car, penny for penny forte is more worth it, but to say that changing from lancer to forte is an upgrade, is alil bit exaggerating dont u guys think?

in my opinion Lancer & Civic owners no need lar to change to 2.0 Forte unless have money to play play with cars.
normal family ppl not so gila gila change cars one.
if can afford it then its ok buy 93k 2.0 mod kau kau then later change another car like Koup mod again
