I'm satisfied with the outcome, some minor scratches were removed by Mr. Choong, good workmanship and friendly.

Added on February 26, 2010, 5:39 pmTest drove Sylphy Navi just now & asking about current offering & discounts..a backup plan for a worst case scenario (if i cannot get my 2.0 Forte by March). Planning to test drive Civic 2.0 again tomorrow & Lancer GT later on.

Shocked to find out that at 110km/h, Sylphy only revs at 2000rpm. No wonder the good fuel economy for Sylphy is much talked about. Seriously this car will be in my list to replace the 2.0 Forte

Best Wax for Your Forte!?

I think a lot of Forte members not from KL (cos Sierra Glow and PPS only available in KL) will have this question in mind ... "What's the best wax for my Forte?" ... I have not tested any cos i got my 1st waxing done at a car detailing shop here in Penang in January ... i think i will go for Meguiar's when my car is due for waxing in April or May ... hope the above info helps and if you have any experience with the wax above, please share you experience with us ya

Frankly, i lazy to wax myself lor hehehe    ... on the other hand, cannot aford to pay the car detailing shop to wax the Forte for me once a quarter and sayang my Forte very much ... so if no affordable coating, then have to DIY wax ... so far found Turtle Wax is the easiest was ... based on reviews only 10mins to complete the whole car, just nice for lazy person like me hehe

If i get the 1.6sx, is there any problem if i downgrade the 17" rim to 16"/15" rim?

Of courselah a bit expensive bro..Sonata is a D segment car..Camry, Accord contender if Naza can deliver our 2.0 in a couple of week time, i will stick to it. else, i will consider to cancel the booking..hmmm

yup..i'm aware of that. that why i said "let say" for the Optima..

but the new Sonata definitely will be launch by April as what i heard yesterday 

perhaps yes. they better give priority to deliver the cars (2.0) to their long waited customers first. If they put the cars as a showroom car first, for sure customers will "taji" them kaw2 punya

to me since i tested the 2.0 i find its 10 times more fun than my 1.6. just my opinion. my 1st choice but since needed car i downgraded to 1.6 but still fun to drive. who knows maybe later when have more $$$ can upgrade back to 2.0 forte again.....

The 2.0 is already in Klang during Jan. However, there were complaints from rivals P1, T, H smdby etc about the selling price based on CBU, therefore, custom could not release the cars. May be NK is forced to increase the selling price of 2.0 before they can be released.

the forward pull at idle speed depends on the idle rpm, and the terrain.......the idle rpm for most cars are set at about 750-900rpm.........

on flat road, when engaged to D, the car should inch forward......and the forte auto coupling is smooth, there is little jerk, unlike some cars like the myvi, which has a high idle rpm when the aircon is on, and jerks badly on engaging gear.........

on a upslope, if the forward pull equals the weight, then the car should remain stationary.........if the slope is slight, the car should still pull forward.......if the slope is steep, then gravity pulling the car overcomes the small torque of idle engine, and the car will slide backwards........

it is always wise to have the brake on when stopping at a slope........or, like me, i will engage the handbrake in that situation..........

in other words, the small torque of the idle engine is NOT meant to help keep your car stationary........

but those who have driven manual cars before will know the trick of partially releasing the clutch to keep a car stationary on a slope.........the same can be done for autotranny, just step lightly on the accelerator to increase the torque to keep the car still.........

just be careful, that's all..........

Doesn't matter it is true or rumors. I thought our plan was to wait till end of March, if still no car, then cancel.

I will start looking for options on the 13th March if there is nothing within this two weeks and proceed with cancellation at the end of March.

My sa just informed me, there will be no car available for this month. If really urgent, the store keeper in warehouse can help, but need under table money~ wat the fXXX!!!

cause what i heard is they not even in, but some said is in.
the SA been told the ship will come in Jan and later on in Feb, but some how there are not

NAZA service center really suck! just called to SC in JB to make appointment for wheel alighment after collect my car. But they said can't cos they work halfday only. Come on! Just doing alighment also can't finish within half day?  Haven't get the car but oledy hv bad experience oledy
