Mine is spicy red. But I normally only ride motorbike or my wife's kancil to work. But today, I got chance to drive my baby forte to work.

1st one like normal ignition. let all the electronics on first, until the airbag icon dissapear. then only start the engine.

yeah..the official distributor for KIA in Malaysia..sound better..because, nothing to do with KIA..
i would believe, if KIA has their own outlet setup here..if much more better..like hyundai..
Avante  dont have delivery issue..
but all the KIA car being handle by NAZA....big time showstopper..

if you want my opinion...NOT NICE at all..
i prefer the original light..the RIM, somehow not really suit for the car....the tint , black and white is perfect match..
this is my opinion only..my own point of view..

somehow, the mod, make forte looks very LALA / AH BENG type of car..

I did my tinting today @ air cool puchong.. Why most of u did not take the Free 7" FWS top? Also... my Front and rea screen.. i found out that its abit wavy.. like not really clear.. izzit will gone by time or its defect?

the fast solution is to 'koyakkan' the car tint film that failed the puspakom's test  ask the puspakom tester to do that (tear off the tint film)...no other fast way. i did that for both of my previous car 

changing the name will not cause a bang.. i forget the actual amount but it is cheap...

ching4ever, u just peel the tint off by urself.. and go thru the jpj inspection.. after that go bac to the tint shop and retint again..

else u have no way to pass ur inspection thus causing failure in transfering the car ownership

Someone advise me, if I have problem with Puspakom, inform the tint shops that do warranty as they will go to Puspakom to "negotiate" and normally no need to redo. ( the cost of redo + cost of negotiation may be the same and it save more time.

when u park Forte with vios and city... side by side...u will get ur answer instantly...

I've got mine on 19th Feb 1.6 Sx Metal Bronze. My feedbacks so far.

Plus (besides the good looks & value)
1. Very nice NVH with aircond actually noisier than engine.. wife actually didn't realize engine's on idling for eg.
2. Fuel consumption quite good with Instant FC reading quite fun to train.
3. Virtual keyless. Smart key can be in jeans all the time. Push black button on door to unlock. Start engine and go. Lock when exit car.

Minus (may be my car - Please comment)
1. Air cond when "Auto" will automatically intake outside air. When pressed recirculate, it will deactivate. Sometimes it will auto with internal setting. Haven't figure this out yet. Else, OK.
2. Headrest as some observed not adjustable. Takes time to adjust to.
3. More body roll than I like. Sometimes will have roller coaster effect after going over bump and turning.. Wonder if others experience this. This shouldn't be due to alignment or balancing right?
4. Before realizing push button cycling of acc, on, start, off.. there were times I cannot lock the door with indicator keep saying key not in car until I manually lock with key. Only deactivate after start/stop the car. Then I realized, it's not in off. Took my some time before realizing this.

Others
1. No alarm. thought about autolock but damn heavy. Letting it be.
2. PPS vs Sierra Glow. Please comment for those done if you're happy or with you've done the other. While waiting unfortunately already waxed but dare not do any silicon sealant products after reading comments. But wonder if I don't do PPS/SG, would be better to just apply sealant now to lock in the new paint??
3. Tinting.. any good suggestions in Penang. Dealer suggest a tint shop next to JPJ Bkt Jambul using IR Film tint. heard about it??

1) Do you tint on top of stock tint or they will remove all first??
2) Any idea what is the spec for the Forte 1.6 Sx stock tint??
3) Also how to check the quality of workmanship. My stock tint no bubbles when dry bu when I wipe the tinted internal windows with water,
I will actually see where it isn't fully glued, like lines, round finger pressure, etc that ISN'T visible when dry.. Do you guys see this with your tint?
Does that mean in time, those spots will come undone with ugly lines/bubbles?? 
4) For those who tinted cars before, how long max before discoloration/bubbles/lines happen. Read most film warranty 5 yrs as thats when it happens. Don't want to retint every 5 years..$$ 

Appreciate any other tinting comments from those who's done it before.. All my ex cars are untinted so stock tint already good enough for me if not for heat!!!
If not for hot Msian weather, another option would be tint only when Forte stock tint goes!! 

Yes, 1.6Sx comes with UV 99% tint, just unsure about the IRR as heat still comes in... anybody know the specs or can answer my other tinting questions before I take the plunge.

Also appreciate any comments from folks who's done PPS or Sierra Glow for comparison. Any who just use Silicon Sealant anyway?? Felt like cannot tahan already with Penang option 2K at PISA.

Sugen.. which company is the Red Forte parked?? I booked Red but change to Metal Bronze for faster delivery as my dealer says no stock & 2 reds ahead of me.. Now suddenly there's red !!!! Ha ha..

Even though the Kancil driver is reckless, but if you're going speeding past 110 kmh you are technically at fault as well.
The lesson is, don't ever speed on any roads especially in the dark. It's really hard to see any cars from behind when it's pitch black as headlamps are the only thing you will see and will be easily blocked by blindspots.
