it's more convenience if you have a paypal acc .. though it will be the same if they charge you thru paypal linked wit your cc ... or direct charge to your cc ...
i usually buy a paypal fund 1st from a regular seller.. at 3.3 rate ... it saves me alot considering currency rate changes.. |
