Have you even done your homework?
Not all nendo get rereleased. Only those popular ones like hatsune miku which u missed so many times. Other than that there are a few nendo in haruhi series and a couple more that I could not recall.
This is not figma where rerelease is frequent.

Furthermore ritsu is not even the main char and is not as popular as mio. So hoping for a rerelease chance is slim (although not impossible) one can hope but the chance is slim

As for licensing, if let's say you own a license to disney product in Asia, all Disney products imported to Asia will have to pay you royalty for importing the stuff. That's how business goes

they license base on anime or characters? weird kind of licensing.. 

btw, i think the tauke heard the japan supplier wrongly... or maybe a planted rumor to get all ppl hype up and kancehong overly excited to get the figures... thus, the quick sold out preorder on every online shop.. 

well...i guess maybe the problem is at the source/supplier of the local seller...they pakat and release fake news to local sellers. Local seller wont get any cheaper figure from asia distributor if some damn company really get k-on license, there would be more exp too to get from other area distributor.
