Ur blm have foglight or not? normally for proton's foglight the beam is quite high
especially gen2/persona/blm

U should use ur headlamp, whatever it takes
Headlamp is brighter than foglight but the problem now is the foglight shoot to high
Try drive with ur foglight off. see whether somebody flashing or not
U need to test by urself. Even stock hid for new civic and golf gti is so glaring.
