hi guys/girls, I'm quite confused here,

my mileage now is around 5081km, i know the booklet says i should make 2nd service by 5000km, but on the receipt of my 1st service says something like "schedule for next service at 6021km or by 05/08/10, whichever is sooner"..

so should i stick with the 5000km guideline or 6021km?

Auto or manual better for saga BLM base to FC wise?

Any way can solve the Auto BLM acceleration from 0-->60km/h be more good?

yeah...saga blm gb has short ratio (nissan sourced gb)...gen2 manual has longer ratio (mitsu gb)

but im scared ur car will have no pickup ady after using gen2 gb (1.3 only mah)

else ur can custom ur final drive ...but expensive...prepare 1-2k

cheaper way is to swap gb with gen2 manual..

changing the gearbox's cog

i also dun know what is the 20k -100 ringgit thing////
but i just charge my gear oil at 12k le.....
forgot to add they also mention about changing coolant liquid... which i have charge in my 12k services....

they also mention about changing battery water & another is together what what blah blah about the battery - rm50++

Brake pad (every 5k for heavy use)
Wheel nut
Check seat belt
spark plug cable
air filter (can be clean / change at 60k) [recommend change constantly)
battery (check voltage/clean)
washer bottle
coolant (only change at every 30k)

air cond
change gas (every 30k)
change receiver drier (every 30k)
add compressor oil (every 30k)
replace air filter every 20k <----- is this same like the one in the iafm???

so now i just need to change :
semi oil - 99
oil filter - 12.22
gasket - 2.52
service charge - 56+-

those that i hv already change :
radiator coolant at 28.34 during 10k ( i suppose i can change at 40k)
spark plug BPR6EF-11 AT 38 during 10k ( i suppose i can change at 30k)
gear oil at 10k(forgot price le) & 12k(rm120) ( i suppose i can change at 62k)

haha no battery water de lo....
air filter no need change lo, just clean lo, mine one still consider clean)

dear sifu, wanna ask u guys something... I already installed a VS(voltage stabilizer) but then when the compressor kicks in... I still feels my car jerk and my light will dim for a sec... 
Is it because I didnt fix the grounding?? or even with grounding it is still the same ar???

Seriously though, Saga blm is geared more towards handling than performance. Proton should have given a 1.5 litre engine instead. 1.3 litre is inadequate for the Saga.

1.3 litre engines are more suitable for smaller cars like Myvi.
