Petronas ron95 about 300km the most for full tank.
watch your right foot as for petronas ron95, i notice I have to revv more to get more power. btw, im driving auto too.
try petronas ron97 next time for more power and better fc smile.gif

congratulation, I think I know the part u mention and its is very complicate and unexplainable ... but how do u manage to insert your hand through into small space... that was wow ... rclxms.gif

btw my finding of rattle sound cause by,
-mechanical part of door lock
-the glass window rubber holder, its frame has metal frame has contact with metal door
-no insulation between front speaker with speaker holder, that may cause excessive vibration
-loosen screw surround front speaker, power window control panel
-the plastic door panel contact with metal door (where insuflex should be places)

QUOTE(coolkwc @ Apr 5 2010, 09:30 PM)
Guys, some info want to share wif u all...

Yesterday just managed to fix the vibration noise from my door, yes, both the front doors. rclxm9.gif

The culprit are all the moving parts inside the door lock, between the joint of the metal bar, door knob metal bar with the metal part attached to the door panel (don know how to describe, sorry if i make you confuse).

So wat i did was cover all the moving part edge with the small piece of sponge or stick some foam double side tape at the edge, so now the contact between those joint is sponge contact with sponge or tape wif tape rather than metal wif metal. So even it vibrate, you won't hear it anymore.

The hardest thing is to wrap the contact point without dissemble the whole structure, and you only got a little space inside, you have to wind down and up the windows repeatedly in order to reach that place, is hard to tell in words, you have to observe and understand by ur ownhow that parts working before u can do something on that, but it works, the noise finally gone since the 1st day i got my car. rclxms.gif  thumbup.gif  Tell you, i repeatedly remove the plastic door trim not less than 10 times in half year since i got my car on September last year sweat.gif

here is a sketch for u tongue.gif

[attachmentid=1513619]

i am same as u, not less than 10 times icon_rolleyes.gif
last week i juz opened the door trim and put some sponge and tape to avoid the weird noise “zzz...dedede...”
my problem is while passing uneven road or putting D gear idling wait for the traffic lights while compressor kick-in, the weird noise “zzz...dedede...” come out from the panel
however, everytime i open the door trim and fix the noise, the noises only disappear for few days, then it comes out again rclxub.gif
i hav no idea already sweat.gif need u guys for the solution doh.gif
*
The same noises also began for me 2 weeks after I got my SE. It only happens during slow speeds (30km/h) and when I go over uneven roads or speed bumps. So far it only comes from driver's door.

Looks like I will have to DIY like you!

i think we should discuss how to stop window bracket vibration by ourselves tongue.gif
as most of the time going to sc, the technicians are not willing to help.... unsure.gif
*
Try to think about it, do you think the technician there will fix it, test it, fix it and test it repeatedly? Try and error consume alot of time..

Because my hand is small tongue.gif

Quite tough honestly, use almost 3 hours to fix it.
