I have a few questions, hope the sifus here can answer them.
i answer it with my own knowledge and experience ar..dun shoot ar.

1. According to the saga blm's user manual, we should use the 20-50w motor oil. Can I use the 10-30w oil, it's more fuel efficient.
which service? 1st? my list is like this: 1st, 10-30w, 2nd 15-30w and so on.

2. But according to the chart stating on the manual, the x-50w oil can withstand the temperature as high as 50 degree celcius. So should i stick to x-50w oil to make the engine cooler, or it's ok to use 10-30w oil, even though it can't withstand the temperature as high as x-50w oil?
as above.its ur ride, ur budget.suits u if u wanna have it.got members using 20-50w, claim that engine FC not so good already, maybe.

3. Price wise, is it true that the higher the number (i.e. from 30w to 50w), the higher of the price tag of the oil?
nope.the higher the cheaper.

4. According to the manual, after the 10000km service interval, you have to service the car for every 10000km. But the mineral based motor oil can only last for 5000km, or i should use full-synthetic oil, so i can service the car for every 10000km (including oil changing)?
its a manual.standard 5k, u change the 10k at the SC proton, but 5k u can choose ur own place.double confirm my statement if im wrong with the sign and chop behind the pages. not recommended with full-syn, it will make ur engine louder and if im not wrong, hotter.semi-syn is just fine.

5. Even if i use full-synthetic oil, but we need to change the oil filter for every 5000km, is that true?
im not answering this as i dun recommend full-syn.

6. Some people said that you can change the oil even after 10000km if you use mineral based or semi-sythetic/synthetic blend oil, is that true?
u can even change it after 50k or 100k, its ur ride.u love ur ride, then do it scheduled.if u just wanna cut cost, then get a bike.

7. What is the advantages of full-synthetic and semi-synthetic/synthetic blend oil over mineral oil?
mineral oils are thicker oil if im not wrong.its consider a lower end oil for the engine.after time pass, u still will be able to use it.normally ppl use mineral after the ride is 5years old and above.it depends.injection rides, 15-30w standard.

my 2cents, its a car of rm50k, an engine oil is rm100 plus minus.dun save the rm50 for the rm100 and sacrifice ur rm50k, k?
