there is a lot engine oil can choose, such as, mobil, motul, q8, eneos, penzoil, idemitsu, etc etc, depends on your own preferences.
some member here will recommend you to use semi syn.

filter you may go for aftermarket drop in filter, K&n, redline, simota etc etc..

iridium spark plug a lot member using it now..

iridium got a few brand, denso, bosch, ngk, but most of here using denso..

K&N drop in is for life time usage.

ya, 10-40w is semi syn...

torsion beam defects?

then i got to check mine whether got this problem o nt..recently felt my car keep "goyang" while driving straight...suspect is some wrong with the suspension system...

not sure..cos i just changed tires recently..should be ok ba...

but defintely all those bar will help , but not 100%, example, before you install front strut bar, when cornering, the car goyang abit, but after installed, the car more stable, wont "jump"..

ya..it is comfortable..but maybe i always driving alone or with gf..so for me, i prefer to have a little harder suspension at back..

0.126 cents/ km, best ever FC !!

gonna try a few more tank to see...

last time petronas 95 only manage to give me rm0.135 cent/ km above.. shell 95 more worst..

erm..maybe you can try to ask in PROSBOC..they are more "aggresive" in modding..

try to check your power steering oil level, or directly go to ask SC technician...I don know how light is your sgti steering, so cannot make any comment.

engine block sure will wobble, but not significant.

since you said your steering wheel vibrates, so it is mounting problem d, I tot new car should not happens in this case?

no lah..adjustable also can install for normal street driving ma..my collegue 's honda city handling just nice..cornering nice..even there are 5 ppl inside the car,it still can take corner easily..body roll not significant..no wonder he always go genting..

I forget to see what adjustable he is using...tomorrow let me check and see..
