I feel that using RON97 is better coz i don't need to step so much on the oil to accelerate at the same speed to RON95..
im using auto btw

Mine is about 240 km ~ 260 km in a week's time which consume about RM50 - RM58 for full tank petrol. Currently using RON 95 from SHELL or CALTEX. 90% City Cruising around ...
Acceleration power differs on the petrol you pump into your car.
Current Odometer is approx 15,000 KM. Waiting for the next Car service session.

Timing Belt or Car Radiator fan spinning ?

ya could be timing belt has worn...
if not mistaken cost about rm200+- for a new one right?

any sifu here done their ColdAirIntake before? using a 3 inch CAI hose roouting from the IAFM to the part of radiator there enlighten me pls.

I used to think blm is smaller than the old Saga, even though the brochure said its a bit bigger. And then I took this photo.



Dunno why but blm looks so small on the road.

Not the fan I think. Its just beside the engine bay. The arrow is where the sound come from.

Added on April 29, 2010, 9:36 pmThe weird thing is, during cold mornings no sound. But after the temperature bar raised to 3 bars the sound is very loud. Even inside cabin, people can hear it if turned off the radio.

it looks small on road maybe due to taller + narrow body + small size tyre.

So should I tell my SC about this went I go for my next service? Is it advisable to change it?

My BLM start got petrol smell in d cabin even when tank is only 50% full. Front left suspension oso start making thud noise when hit bump. Bad QC? At the SC now to check.

My odo is only 263 km.

the thud sound is normal i guess..mine has it too

you can ask him to check. but there is no need to replace it unless it faulty.

Strangely only front left got thud. Right side is quiet. The noise only start 3-4 days after I got d car.

any manual blm driver face same problem like me?

whenever i wanted to shift gear, i press on the clutch n at the same time release the gas pedal...
my rpm will go up and down immediately...
wat happen ahh? is tis normal?

Sohailili, its normal. BLM use drive by wire tech. When u let go d gas pedal, it take 1 sec for rpm to go down.
